7-Day Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any tags, labels, or stickers must still be intact. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at jcsilverjewellery@gmail.com or through our contact form on the website. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund or Exchange: After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you requested an exchange, we will send out the replacement item as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.
